A man and a woman are in the slammer after somebody broke into a residence in the east end of St. John’s.
The incident happened at about 9:00 last night.
RNC say the 58-year-old woman and 38-year-old man were not supposed to be inside the premises.
The man has been charged with break and entry, resisting arrest, and failing to comply with a court order while the woman was cited for breaking and entering.
She was released to appear later while he was held for court today to face additional charges related to outstanding warrants.
