A man is in the lockup after a disturbance outside the Village Shopping Centre.

RNC rushed to the mall parking lot around 3:15 yesterday afternoon.

A 27-year-old man was arrested and charged with two counts of assault with a weapon, uttering threats, causing a disturbance and breach of an undertaking.

He was held for court.
