A dog missing from the Avondale area since September 4th has been reunited with her family.
Lexi, a large poodle cross, ran away from the Destination RV Resort after getting frightened by a fireworks display.
Since then her anxious owners had received reports and sightings of Lexi, but it wasn’t until the weekend, when a can of sardines finally drew Lexi into a cage set up in hopes of capturing her according to owner Sean Scott.
Her family says Lexi is settling in well back home, apparently none-the-worse for her weeks-long adventure.
