Police arrested a 45-year-old man after reports of an indecent act in the Tim Hortons drive-through in Mount Pearl.

According to a Facebook post a woman went to get a hot chocolate at the Merchant Drive location when a man stood in the drive-through and proceeded with a lewd act in front of her.

RNC located and charged the man with indecent exposure, causing a disturbance, and possession of a prohibited weapon.

According to the woman who reported the incident, police are familiar with the man.

He was escorted to the city lockup for court this morning.
