The leader of the opposition had his first meeting with the incoming Premier and says they touched on many topics.
Ches Crosbie says Andrew Furey has a lot on his plate, including bringing in a budget, coming up with an economic recovery plan, a back-to-school plan, and something to help the oil industry.
Interim supply will run out at the end of September, but Crosbie is willing to give the Premier-elect more time.
He says his caucus would be willing to extend the interim supply.
