The Petty Harbour Mini Aquarium opened its doors for the summer season this weekend.

Visitors must book their visit time in advance through the website and group sizes are limited to a maximum of 10 people.

The duration of visits is limited to 45 minutes to provide time between visits for staff to properly clean and sanitize before the next visitors arrive.

Each group can have the aquarium to themselves and participate in one of the 15-minute education programs.

The aquarium will remain open until September 13.
