A 45-year-old St. John’s man is facing the judge this morning following a disturbance in the downtown early Sunday morning.
Just after 6:00 a.m., police responded to a report of an intoxicated man throwing garbage bins around the street.
When police arrived they located the 45-year-old responsible for the disturbance and police say he was well under the influence and already wanted by police.
He was on a court order to remain in his home between the hours of 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. daily, and also found to be in possession of stolen property.
The 45-year-old was charged with both offenses and held for court this morning.
