Former Chief Justice David Orsborn has been appointed to conduct a statutory review of the province’s Access to Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
ATIPP legislation came into force in 2005 and was amended in 2012 and again in 2015.
The review is expected to take about six months and begin this fall.
