A 20-year-old man from Woodstock on the Baie Verte Peninsula is dead and a 17-year-old passenger was seriously injured in a single-vehicle car accident near Tilt Cove late Sunday night.
Baie Verte RCMP got the call just after 11:00. Both were rushed to hospital where the driver succumbed to his injuries. The passenger remains in hospital with serious injuries.
An RCMP collision reconstruction analyst was on scene.
