Heat warnings have been rolled out across the province as summer spreads her hand.
Most areas across Newfoundland and Labrador will see temperatures in the mid- to high-20s this week, and little relief is expected.
Environment Canada has set numerous heat warnings across much of Eastern Newfoundland through Central and the West Coast, and in parts of Labrador.
Maximum daytime temperatures could reach upwards of 30 degrees, and likely won’t dip below 16 degrees overnight.
Temperatures should start to settle once more by week’s end.
