The Liberals and PCs now have full slates of candidates in place for the February 13th provincial election, while the NDP are almost there.
The Liberals put their final candidate in place Thursday, while the PCs had all of their candidates locked down as of last weekend.
There are 15 women or non-binary candidates running for the Liberals, while the PCs have nine. As of yesterday, just over half of the NDP’s 28 candidates are women.
The NL Alliance has a total of four candidates.
Nominations officially close on Saturday, but Elections Newfoundland and Labrador is urging the parties to get their candidates in place as soon as possible.
