A 37-year-old man has been arrested following an investigation into an altercation in St. John’s Wednesday night.
Shortly before 11 p.m., RNC officers, as well as a police dog and forensic services responded to a disturbance in a residential area in downtown St. John’s. They located a man with non-life-threatening injuries, who was then taken to hospital.
Following an investigation, a 37-year-old man was arrested Thursday night and charged with assault causing bodily harm and breaching court orders.
He was held in custody to appear in court.
