A 28-year-old Deer Lake resident is facing a cocaine trafficking charges charge following a recent drug bust.

RCMP executed a search warrant on a home in the town Wednesday evening. A quantity of cocaine, prescription pills, and drug paraphernalia was seized along with $4000 dollars in cash.

The accused is scheduled to appear in Corner Brook Provincial Court on October 19.
