A man has been sent to hospital due to an apparent hit and run.
Around 5:30 a.m. this morning, a caller to the VOCM Newsroom reported an apparent vehicle-pedestrian collision on Topsail Road near Starbucks. One lane was closed for a period of time, but has since been re-opened.
The man’s injuries are not believed to be life-threatening. The RNC is investigating.
