A man operating an all-terrain vehicle, going in the wrong direction and with a box of beer on his lap has been charged with impaired driving.
The 36-year-old was stopped by Rocky Harbour RCMP in Cow Head on Thursday, November 18 in the middle of the afternoon.
The man, who was not wearing a helmet, failed a roadside breath test but refused further testing back at the station. He was released from custody for court on March 8.
