Police responded to a sudden death on First Street in Mount Pearl this morning.
It happened around 8 a.m, with posts to social media showing a body covered by a white sheet on a front lawn. A section of the street was blocked off by police.
Police are working with the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner to determine the cause of death.
The matter remains under investigation.
