A 57-year-old man is facing drunk driving charges after crashing his ATV.
Shortly at 6 p.m. on Sunday, RCMP were called to a crash on a beach in Black Duck Brook near Stephenville.
The man, who showed signs of impairment, was transported to the Sir Thomas Roddick Hospital, where he provided a sample of his blood.
Police are awaiting the results of the samples to see if charges are warranted.
