Impaired driving charges are pending against a woman following a single-vehicle crash on the Botwood Highway near Northern Arm.
According to the RCMP, the accident happened on Tuesday at 8:30 p.m.
They say the car had flipped over and came to a rest in a ditch.
The driver, who was the lone occupant, was transported to hospital and while there showed signs of impairment.
Blood samples were taken and police are waiting on the results to determine if impaired driving charges will be laid.
