A man was arrested following a theft in the capital city Friday afternoon.
Around 3:30 p.m., RNC were called to a food truck in centre city area. A woman had laid down her purse for a moment when a man quickly stole it and fled on foot.
The woman gave a description of the man, and a short time later police located the 63-year-old suspect.
The man was arrested and charged with theft and released to appear in court at a later day.
