A 26-year-old man is facing impaired driving charges following a rollover crash in North River on the weekend.
Police were called after an SUV left the road and overturned shortly after midnight on Saturday morning. It was raining heavily at the time.
The driver, who police say showed signs of impairment, was taken to hospital for treatment, but refused to provide a blood sample.
He’s scheduled to appear in court at a later date on charges of impaired driving and refusing to provide a blood sample.
