Two men have been charged with arson following a camper fire in Stephenville last week.
The fire broke out on a residential property early last Friday morning, May 17.
At the time, police said they believed it might have been intentionally set.
Today, they charged 42-year-old Scott Alexander and 37-year-old Thomas Keeping in connection with the incident.
Alexander is facing two counts of arson, including disregard for human life and damage to property, while Keeping is facing those same charges, as well as theft under $5,000 and failing to comply with release and probation orders.
Both men appeared in court with Alexander released on conditions and a return date of June 10.
Keeping remains in custody and is due back in court for a status update on Thursday morning,
