A man who put his car into the ditch yesterday during rush hour has been arrested for suspected impaired driving.

Police say the 46-year-old crashed his car just short of 5:00 along Topsail Road in CBS.

Police determined the man was impaired, but refused a breath test.

The man’s vehicle has been seized, and he will see a judge at a later date.
