A teenager was picked up for impaired driving in the west end of St. John’s in the wee hours this morning.
The 15-year-old boy was pulled over by the RNC at 1:00. He was released by the justice system into the custody of his parents but with a future court date. He has also been charged with breaching probation, and cited for driving without a license. The vehicle was impounded.
