The people of Newfoundland and Labrador and beyond opened their wallets in a big way over the weekend in support of the Janeway Children’s Hospital.

Over $2.8 million was raised during the 42nd annual Janeway Telethon.

The money raised will go toward new equipment and improved health care services at the facility.
