The annual Pride Parade takes place today in the city of St. John’s.
The parade route starts at St. John’s City Hall and will proceed along Duckworth Street, onto Ordnance Street and then Military Road to Bannerman Park.
Premier Tony Wakeham will be taking part in the annual event which gets underway today at noon.
The annual parade is one of the biggest events of its kind in the capital city.
