A man has been taken into custody after snooping around Cochrane Pond Park.
RNC got a call about a suspicious person in the park just after 3:00 yesterday afternoon.
The 69-year-old man, who was under court orders to stay away from the area, was arrested on two counts of breach of release order.
Authorities have been keeping a close eye on the Cochrane Pond Park area after a series of suspicious fires last month.
