A 17-year-old has been ticketed after the vehicle he was driving aroused public suspicion.
Gander RCMP were contacted last evening about a vehicle on the road, the windows in which were largely obscured by plastic barrier tape.
Police pulled the vehicle over on Bennett Drive and asked the teenage driver to remove the tape from his windows.
RCMP say he was unable to produce his insurance or registration and was ticketed as a result.
