One person has recovered from COVID-19 as the province’s total number of active cases drops to 11.
The province is reporting no new cases of the virus today.
Yesterday, three new cases of COVID-19 were reported, all of whom had returned from work in Alberta.
Two hundred and seventy-two people have now recovered from the virus. Over 48,000 people have been tested.
Meanwhile, the department of health is advising that the outbreaks at the Methanex methanol plant and Syncrude Canada’s Aurora mine site in Alberta have ended.
Two full incubation periods, or 28 days, have passed since the last case was reported.
