No new cases of COVID-19 are being reported in the province today as the mask mandate is set to lift at midnight.
One person has recovered from the virus in the Eastern Health region, leaving six active cases in Newfoundland and Labrador.
Two people remain in hospital, both crew members of ships previously docked in Conception Bay and Bay Bulls.
Testing continues for the presumptive positive case reported last Friday. If the case is confirmed to be positive, it will be counted as a new case in the next update.
