A local dairy farmer and the RNC are searching for an ATV after it was stolen from a property in Kilbride in the middle of the day.
Terry Power of M. & P. Dairy Farm purchased a 2021 Yamaha Grizzly 700 two weeks ago. According to Power’s sister, Cherri Dooley, the ATV had been parked out of view of the main road in a field at their parents’ house. Their parents are in their 80s, and Dooley describes her father as “nearly bedridden.”
Dooley says on August 7, the bike was stolen from their parents’ property between 2 p.m. and 5 p.m. when her parents were not at home.
She says it was the first time her father had left the house since May, and in the 3-hour time span, someone had stolen the bike.
She’s asking anyone who has seen the ATV or has any information to get in touch with her or the police.
