The search for two men missing off the south east coast of Labrador continues today.
RCMP, which is the lead on the search effort, says a government aircraft with two spotters is continuing to search aerial grids.
The Canada Coast Guard vessel, the Captain Molly Kool, is in St. Anthony for a crew change.
Kraken Robotics’ vessel, the Ocean Seeker, which is equipped with advanced underwater equipment, is assisting with the search.
The vessel is currently contracted out to NL Hydro, having received provincial government approval to join in the effort.
The RCMP is also receiving assistance from its Underwater Recovery Team, while Deer Lake Ground Search and Rescue is expected to arrive in Mary’s Harbour today with side-scan sonar equipment.
Area MP Yvonne Jones says that all available assets will continue to aid in the search.
