All active search efforts to recover two men reported missing in Notre Dame Bay have ceased.
A little over a week ago, the case was transferred from a coast guard search and rescue case to an RCMP missing persons case.
The RCMP are now calling off the search efforts, after extensively covering thousands of square nautical miles over the past several days.
They are extending their thanks to anyone involved in the effort.
The case remains open.
