The RNC responded to a centre city residence for a call of a 64 year-old woman unnecessarily calling and tying up 911 services.

On-scene officers arrested the woman, who was on conditions to not call 911 unless for emergency purposes.

She was charged with three breaches of court oders, and held to appear in court.
