A Mount Pearl man accused of impaired driving causing death is due to enter pleas to the charges today.
28-year-old Tyler Harding faces nine counts in total, including impaired driving causing death, driving without a seatbelt and six counts of breaching court orders.
It all stems from a single-vehicle crash on the Torbay Bypass Road early on the morning of August 8 last year.
The victim, a 29-year-old woman from Torbay, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Harding, who was treated in hospital with non-life-threatening injuries and formally charged two months later, is currently free on court-orderd conditions.
