The 5 Wing Practice Target Area is now activated.

As of today, the training area located around 100 km south west of Goose Bay will be active. Aircraft will be operating within the flying training area over Labrador and Quebec, including the Practice target Area.

The base is warning the public to remain outside the Safety Template Area at all times, which is marked by a continuous cut line and signs at regular interval.

The area will be used until October 15.
