It’s happening again. Emergency Services at the hospital in Bonavista are temporarily closed.
The ER will be closed from 8:00 this morning until 8:00 a.m. tomorrow.
Bonavista MHA Craig Pardy says he’s raised the issue in the House of Assembly, but now is the time with Bonavista’s catchment area population to upgrade the local health care facility from category B to category A which comes with about 60 per cent remuneration.
Pardy says while he’s glad that appears to be addressed, he still has questions.
