Three people are facing charges after a weapons and drugs bust on the west coast.
On Tuesday afternoon, the RCMP-RNC Joint Force Operation West searched a home on Petley Street in Corner Brook on a warrant.
Two tasers, an imitation rifle, a quantity of cash, contraband tobacco, a large quantity of prescription pills, and evidence to support drug trafficking were seized.

In connection with the investigation, 40-year-old Owen Barnes, 38-year-old Danielle Wight, and 34-year-old Michael Park were taken into custody. Barnes and Wight are facing charges of possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking, two counts of possession of a prohibited weapon, and possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose. Park is charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking prescription pills.
The three were released to appear in court at a later date. The investigation continues.
