Gasoline spiked overnight by over 4.3 cents a litre, similar to increases in other provinces as the summer driving season kicks into high gear.
The price of diesel went up by 1.5 cents on the island and 1.1 cents in Labrador West.
Furnace oil and stove oil on the island increased by 1.36 cents, while stove oil on the island is up by 0.9 cents a litre.
Propane was the only commodity to drop in price—it went down by 1.2 cents.
