‘The Harbour’ is a membership community that supports mothers. It’s a place where people can connect, encourage each other, get support, and share experiences in a private setting.
The name ‘The Harbour’ was chosen because a harbour is a safe place for ships to find shelter. Similarly, mothers can find a safe space there for comfort and resources on their motherhood journey.
Kelia Cadigan is a mother of two and one of the founding members of ‘The Harbour’. She says they are able to tap into resources to help people through the motherhood journey. Cadigan adds that every mother’s experience and situation is different, so she felt it important to bring in as many moms as possible.
She didn’t realize until she began speaking with other moms that she realized many people who bring babies into the world are experiencing postpartum anxiety and postpartum depression.
“This has to be something that all women and families should be talking more about more, and that’s the reason for the formation of The Harbour,” says Cadigan.
The membership will include resources for your motherhood journey, a 24/7 online community, weekly group Zoom calls, monthly webinars and monthly group in-person sessions.
