A man who grabbed a bottle of liquor from a downtown bar and ran out the door is thinking it all over on the lockup.

The 44-year-old fled from the bar on foot but RNC officers caught up with him a short distance away. He now faces a charge of theft, breach of probation and breach of numerous court orders.
