A test of the national Alert Ready system is taking place today.
The test alert will be sent out through radio, TV, and compatible mobile devices at 10:45 on the island, 10:15 in Labrador.
Government says some people may not receive the test alert due to device compatibility, network connection, cell tower coverage, and device software/settings.
