A dog owner was ticketed and the investigation continues after two roaming dogs mauled and killed a small dog in Holyrood last week.
The incident occurred around 8:30 Thursday morning.
RCMP say the small dog was attacked outside its home on the Conception Bay Highway by two dogs that were roaming off-leash.
RCMP identified the owner who was issued four tickets including two counts of failing to have an animal tethered or penned, and two counts of allowing an animal to cause hazard or harm.
The investigation continues.
