A man has a date with the courts on Friday after RCMP seized drugs and weapons from a vehicle on the TCH between Salmonier Line and the Holyrood access road earlier this week.
Officers saw a vehicle pulled over on the side of the highway just before 2:00 Monday morning.
The driver, identified as 35-year-old Alexander Michael Dunphy-Taylor, was on release conditions that prohibited him from driving at the time.
Police say they found drug paraphernalia and weapons inside the vehicle
The accused has been charged with two counts of possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose, and three counts of failing to comply with a release order.
