Four people have been arrested and charged – and more charges are possible – following a disturbance that resulted in the search and seizure of drugs from a home in Happy Valley-Goose Bay.
Police were contacted early Monday morning about a robbery and assault on Trudeau Street.
A search was conducted as part of the investigation that resulted in the seizure of a quantity of cocaine, cash, and drug trafficking materials.
Fifty-five-year-old Paul Vader was arrested and charged with aggravated assault, possession of cocaine for the purpose of trafficking, possession of stolen property, a weapons-related charge and four counts of failing to comply with release orders.
Twenty-year-old Maya Rich was charged with possession of cocaine for the purpose of trafficking and possession of stolen property.
Thirty-seven-year-old Kieran (also known as Alex) Pardy and 21-year-old Dillon Bragg were also arrested.
Pardy is charged with robbery and two counts of uttering threats, while Bragg is charged with robbery and failing to comply with a release order.
RCMP say the investigation continues and more charges are possible.
