Police say this would be a good time for those banking on being involved in summer activities which require background checks to kickstart the process.

With April a few days away, the summer circuit will begin putting the pieces in place for their post-school year.

Cst. Steph Myers of the RNC says applying early will improve the chances of those who require such documentation of having everything in place in time.

“Specifically camp counsellors, teachers, that kind of thing. We’re open 24/7 online and we’re asking everyone to get it done now in advance of everything ramping up,” says Cst. Myers.
