A man charged with dangerous driving causing the deaths of two people will be heading to trial in the Supreme Court.
Fifty-three-year-old Roger Hunt is accused of being the driver of a truck that went out of control along Route 320 near Hare Bay on July 23, 2024, killing his two passengers.
In Gander Provincial Court this morning, Judge Jacqueline Jenkins concluded there was sufficient evidence for Hunt to stand trial on both charges of dangerous driving causing death.
The trial dates have not yet been set.
