A 35-year-old man is facing numerous charges following a home invasion in the capital city’s west end.
RCMP were called around 11:00 Wednesday night after a home was vandalized by an intruder.
There were no injuries, and the suspect fled before police arrived.
The accused, who was arrested in a commercial area Thursday afternoon, was charged with break and enter with intent, robbery with violence, possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose, mischief and breaches.
A court appearance is scheduled for today.
