A man who was under court orders to stay away from St. Clare’s Hospital had to be removed by the RNC last night.
Police were called after the man, who had just been medically cleared to leave, started kicking up a fuss while refusing to leave.
Officers discovered that the 67-year-old was already under conditions not to be at the hospital unless medically necessary.
He was arrested and charged with breach of probation and breach of release order.
