A 28-year-old is facing the judge this morning after he was busted attempting to steal a car.
At around 2:00 a.m., police responded to a report of a stolen vehicle from a home in Mount Pearl.
The vehicle was found a short time later and police arrested the 28-year-old and charged him with theft of a motor vehicle and possession of property obtained by crime.
The vehicle was returned and the man was held for court.
