A non-profit organization is repeating their plea to donors to refrain from dumping things on their property.
Habitat for Humanity ReStore Manager Jon Rossiter says it is not the first time they have had the issue.
Rossiter says although they are grateful for donations, they are asking people not to drop items off outside of business hours and to always speak to an attendant when donating.

They have seen a large increase in unusable items being thrown in their dumpster and on the side of the building on Kenmount Road.
He says a lot of what people dump is unusable, and it costs the organization money to get rid of it. Rossiter says that sometimes people treat non-profits like they are waste disposals.
Rossiter shares that they have staff and volunteers on-hand to help when people want to make a donation.
He says normally people will pull up, ring the bell, have any items reviewed, and the team there will unload it to bring it inside.
